Primate Lodge is a mere 5 minute walk to the Kibale Forest National Park Headquarters, making it the ideal lodge for chimpanzee tracking. There are 10 Meru style tents on raised platforms with private verandahs, each with ensuite facilities and a small sitting area. They are nicely positioned in the forest for ultimate privacy. The ensuite bungalows range in size each with a small sitting area being situated in the forest which is home to black and white colobus monkeys and a host of birds. One of the highlights of this lodges is that on occasions the colobus monkeys and chimpanzees can be seen moving through camp!
