Miki's Survival Camp
Miki's Survival camp is located in the foothills of Mt Kinabalu This local rustic camp provides an understanding of how the local people live. Basic facilities mean you have a night under the stars to learn about local Bornean culture including learning to use a blowpipe, making bamboo cups and much, much more! A great way to start your Borneo tour. Miki and his family constructed this camp a few years ago in order to bring some revenue to the local community and now it is one of the principal incomes providing fees for the majority of electricity required to run the village.

Style: Very basic jungle lodge.
Setting: Miki Survival Camp is set in the primary forest at the foothill of Mount Kinabalu called Mohan Tuhan. It's a private native land owned by Mr Sadib Miki from Kiau Nuluh Village
Accommodation & facilities: Very basic bungalows.
Dining: Traditional food.
Activities: Jungle activities such as making a campsite, identifying edible fruits, foods and traditional medicines, making traps, jungle navigation.
