James, having worked for many years within the travel and loyalty sectors, took a change of tack to work as a tour leader guiding in a variety of destinations across Africa and Europe. Whilst leading tours in Uganda and Tanzania he gained an intimate knowledge of East Africa’s wildlife and his passion for primates, with tracking the mountain gorillas of Bwindi and the chimpanzees of Kibale being memorable highlights of his time out there. James has also travelled extensively and being a keen bird-watcher he has ventured to numerous far flung corners of the world in pursuit of his interests. With his diverse background James is able to draw upon his knowledge and experience to put together safari experiences that get you closer to nature.
